Executive Vice President - Industrial

Bob Berry serves as Executive Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle`s Houston industrial group. Mr. Berry specializes in industrial end-user representation, with a special emphasis on working with major corporations on cost-reduction strategies, build-to-suit projects and disposition of surplus properties. Mr. Berry has negotiated over $2 billion dollars worth of industrial leases and acquisitions in this, his 26th year in the commercial real estate industry. His experience, negotiation skills, and consistent ability to lead clients to sound real estate solutions has earned him repeated recognition in the industry.

Industry Awards

Mr. Berry was named the Houston Business Journal`s MVP in the commercial real estate industry for 2002, 2007 and 2008. He received the NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year award for the Houston market in 1997, 2001 and 2002. He was also a finalist for the award in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2006. Weingarten Realty Investors awarded him Dealmaker of the Year in 1998 and 1999 and also the Broker of the Year award in 2000 and 2002. In 2000 and 2001, Transwestern Commercial Services awarded him Broker of the Year. He also won ProLogis` Broker of the Year award in 1999, 2001, 2004 and 2006. Mr. Berry was named The Staubach Company`s Top Gun, representing its top 20 brokers in the country from 2002-2008 and the Houston Top Producer from 2006-2008.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Berry received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and a member of NAIOP. Mr. Berry also holds the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation.
