J. Michael Boyd, CRE, SIOR

Mike Boyd has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1972. A nationally recognized specialist in industrial and investment property brokerage. Mike served as the National Chairman of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in 1999. Prior to launching the firm in 1977, he worked as an industrial broker in the Houston office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group. Through active involvement in the most prestigious trade and professional organizations, Boyd has played a significant role in making the decisions that shape the industry. Boyd is a past President of CORFAC International, a global network of 47 independent commercial real estate brokerage firms serving markets across North America, Europe and the Far East. In addition, he has served as Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), a Board member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and Chairman of its Commercial Committee; and as a national Instructor and Trustee of the Education Trust Fund of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
