PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Cizik has been involved in the construction, development, financing and brokerage of commercial real estate for over twenty years. Greg joined Colliers in 1996 and became a principal in the firm in 2000. He specializes in office leasing (tenant representation) and income property sales. Prior to joining Colliers, Greg was Vice President of Development for the Koll Company, a publicly traded real estate company located in Newport Beach, California. The Koll Company`s multi-billion dollar portfolio encompassed a broad range of real estate projects throughout the U.S. and Mexico. In his position, Greg was responsible for the development and management of several major commercial, residential and golf course projects in Southern California. In Houston during the 1980`s, Greg was the owner of G. C. Interests, Inc., a residential and commercial construction company. He also served as Vice President of Commonwealth Mortgage, where he was responsible for the underwriting, funding and servicing of both commercial and residential construction loans throughout Texas.

EDUCATION

Mr. Cizik earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas A & M University in 1982. While earning his degree, he established and maintained a lucrative commercial contracting business.
