COMPANY EXPERIENCE

Mr. Mabray has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage activity for over thirty-one years in the Houston/Gulf Coast area. Born in Waco, Texas, his family moved to Houston when he was three years old, so he considers himself a native Houstonian. After graduation from college in 1968, he worked with Texas Industries selling construction materials. Three years later he joined his father, Tom C. Mabray, in the family commercial real estate brokerage business. In 1992, he joined Colliers International. During his career, he has represented a broad range of public and private corporate clients in both industrial and office transactions.

EDUCATION

Mr. Mabray received his undergraduate degree, a BBA in Industrial Management, from Texas Tech University.

SIOR - Society of Industrial & Office Realtors He has been involved in numerous professional organizations. Served the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as President of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter in 1984, National District Vice-President 1986-1988, and National Chairman of Governmental Affairs 1989-1990. Served the Houston Association of Realtors as President in 1984, was honored as Realtor of the Year in 1986 and served as a Director for many years. Served the Texas Association of Realtors as Regional Vice-President in 1986. Past Chairman of the Houston Economic Development Committee Marketing Network. Currently serves on the Real Estate Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership. Senior Active member of The Rotary Club of Houston, formerly Real Estate BrokerageIndustrial. Member of Chapelwood Methodist Church and past Administrative Board member.
