Kolbe M. Curtice, CCIM, CLS
2006 President

Kolbe has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for twenty-six years. In 1997 he opened Curtice Commercial Real Estate in Sugar Land . He has eighteen years of corporate commercial real estate experience, working primarily in the Houston, Fort Bend County , San Antonio , Austin , Dallas and Corpus Christi markets. Kolbe is familiar with all aspects of commercial real estate, including medical, office, retail and industrial. He has experience in leasing, brokerage, investment property sales and development. Kolbe is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a certified Leasing Specialist (CLS). In addition to the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors®, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Institute, the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Bend Economic Development Council. Kolbe is active in the community, recently service as the president of the Fort Bend Education Foundation and as Vice President of the First Colony Community Association Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and the board of the newly formed Fort Bend Children’s Museum.





Jennifer Raymond
Vice President

Jennifer is an office and industrial specialist focused on local, regional and national tenant representation. Her banking and economic development background give Jennifer an exceptional understanding of commercial real estate transactions. P rior to joining Indermuehle & Co., she served over eight years with the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council, a public-private partnership in search of attracting new business to the Fort Bend County area. She was responsible for the recruitment of businesses in Fort Bend County , ranging from site selection to tax incentive application, commercial brokerage relations, market analysis, and Geographic Information Systems mapping. Before joining the Council in 1996, Jennifer was a commercial banker for the former First Interstate Bank of Texas . Jennifer has been a member of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors® for several years and is also a past board member of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW), a current Co-Chair for Landmark Awards, and a Board Member of the Rosenberg Richmond Chamber of Commerce.




Jackie Wilcox
Secretary

Jackie Vaughan-Wilcox is Business Development Manager for Stewart Title, her main areas of focus are Fort Bend County, the Katy area and Brazoria. Her client base is Commercial, Builder and Developer. Jackie has been with Stewart Title for 10 years and her 30-plus-year career has spanned from the Utility Business, to Economic Development, to marketing Master Planned Communities as well as marketing for one of the nations top 10 builders. Jackie serves on the Board of Directors of the Sales & Marketing Council for the Greater Houston Builder Association, she also serves on the Executive Committee as secretary for the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors. She served on committees for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for 17 years and was Vice Chairman of the Group Ticket Committee. She is currently a member of Houston Association of Realtors, the Katy Area Economic Development Council, a trustee for the Fort Bend Economic Development Council, a member of CCIM, as well as CREN



Jevaughn Sterling
Treasurer

Jevaughn Sterling began his banking career three years ago with Amegy Bank after spending five years as a financial analyst in the Energy Marketing industry. As a Commercial Banker, he advises privately held businesses that utilize a broad range of cash management and lending services. Jevaughn actively seeks to build productive relationships with business owners while addressing their key strategic and operational success factors and utilizing the extensive resources of the bank. Throughout his finance career, Jevaughn has specialized in structuring both simple and complex transactions, loaning working capital, purchasing commercial equipment and managing acquisitions, foreign currency, commodities, and capital markets. Jevaughn hails from Montego Bay, Jamaica where he earned a soccer scholarship (while representing his country on the national team) to attend Howard University in Washington, DC. Jevaughn graduated magna cum laud with a BBA and an MBA. Being the recipient of numerous academic and athletic awards, Jevaughn has developed a strong desire to “give back” to his community and is actively involved in numerous organizations. Lang Motes 2005 President Lang is the senior vice president of Indermuehle & Co. specializing in representing tenants, owners and investors. Since 1999 he has closed over $75 million in commercial lease and sale transactions spread over 2 million square feet of single tenant, multi-tenant, and free standing improved properties. Lang has also closed over 725 acres of mixed-use, commercial land sites in the Houston, Texas area. Prior to entering commercial brokerage, Lang underwrote and closed over $200 million in commercial loan transactions with Moody National Mortgage Corporation. Lang has served as membership chair, vice president and most recently president of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors in 2005.
