Career History

In 1992, Mr. Patrick Graham began his career as General Manager for Fairfield Properties in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he oversaw the administration of several properties including apartment buildings, warehouses and a community hospital. Patrick relocated to Houston, Texas in 1995 and entered the automotive industry, serving as the Finance Director for a large Houston dealership, consistently achieving high marks in customer satisfaction. After being recognized as a leader in his field, Patrick was hired by Service Life and Casualty in 1997, here he most recently served as Vice President of Marketing. In this capacity, he led the company to a record sales level exceeding $90,000,000 in annual premium. He oversaw the marketing efforts, expanded the company’s product offerings, and efficiently managed a marketing staff stretching across the southern half of the United States. Patrick joined Colliers in 2004 and brought with him a diverse professional background.

Education

Patrick received his degree in Finance from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 1995. While pursuing his degree, Patrick served on the student government association and was actively involved in many community programs.

Professional Affiliations

Patrick is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. He also holds his life, property & casualty, and accident and health insurance licenses. Patrick is a member of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Patrick is also a member of member of the "Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County" and the "International Council of Shopping Centers."

Community Involvement

Patrick attends St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Houston and supports several philanthropic efforts. Patrick and his wife Nicole live in The Woodlands.
